Dr. Subramanian completed her Fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism from LSU. After her Fellowship, she worked as Assistant Professor at LSU and Veterans Affairs Medical Center, where she taught Residents and Medical students in addition to her clinical duties. She was in private practice with Sadler Clinic in Conroe, TX, before starting her solo practice in Sugar Land, TX. She is Board Certified in Endocrinology and also certified by the International Society of Clinical Densitometry, which qualifies her as a specialist in treating osteoporosis and disorders of bone and calcium metabolism. She provides individualized care for her patients and looks forward to serving the Endocrine needs of the community.
